Refund Policy

Honeycomb Hoppers & Soft Play LLC

At Honeycomb Hoppers & Soft Play LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while also protecting the time and resources we dedicate to each booking. Please read our refund policy carefully before confirming your rental.

   Deposits

All bookings require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date. This deposit secures your equipment, delivery slot, and staffing.

Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.

🔁 Rescheduling

If you need to change your event date, you may:

  • Reschedule one time,
     

  • Within 12 months of the original date,
     

  • Subject to availability.
     

We strongly recommend reaching out as soon as possible to reschedule if needed. Rescheduling is not guaranteed for short-notice requests or during peak seasons.

🌧️ Weather Cancellations

In the event of severe weather (e.g. lightning, high winds, hurricane warnings), we may cancel for safety reasons. If the Company initiates a weather cancellation, your deposit will be honored and applied toward a future booking within 12 months.

Light rain, heat, or cloudy weather do not qualify for weather-related cancellation. Please plan accordingly, especially for outdoor events.

❌ No Refunds

All payments made (including deposits and final balances) are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the time, preparation, and limited inventory reserved for your event.
